Randall has personally experienced the realities of leadership from entry
level to wide-ranging accountability for large businesses across North America.
Working with thousands of restaurant teams and hundreds of multi-unit leaders/owners
has given him the experience to be a catalyst for dynamic positive change that lasts.
Randy's expertise is grounded in a successful career with Taco Bell Corporation. For 24 years he held corporate, franchise, and equity positions, including leading restaurant teams generating sales upwards of $400M in revenue. He developed and led a team of highly skilled operations consultants. Together they consulted 170 franchise owner/operators with businesses doing between $2M to $400M in revenue; the collective portfolio generating $3B.
When Randy is not obsessing about how to improve businesses he can be found on the beach volleyball courts, spending time with family, and traveling. He is an avid learner who enjoys studying the wonders of humankind, history, and philosophy. The passion for his work is driven by serving the greater good through making a positive difference in others lives.
